摘要
通过不同温度亚温淬火及回火,在15~#钢中得到了不同体积百分比及不同强度比的铁素体马氏体双相组织,并从拉伸断口和冲击断口分析研究了这些组织对钢的力学性能及断裂过程的影响。
By subthermal quenching and tempering at various tempratures, samples of dual phasestracture of Ferrite and Martinsite, in a 0.15%C steel, with different volumetric percentage and different strength ratio between the two phases were obtained. Fracture analysis, at the same time, was made on fracture sections of tensile strength and impect strength testing samples. The effects of structure on the mechanical properties and on the cracking initration and propagation were analysed and studied.
