This paper introduces in detail the thrust design and armored joint hydraulic test for PCCP restricted tubulation. The test was crowned with success after three times of repeats of 'loading-unloading' in the scope of 1.5 times of designed internal pressure, which proves that PCCP restricted tubulation can meet the needs of actual engineering, and also proves the deformation features of the pipeline joints and pipeline itself.
