This paper briefly describes the important functions and significance of construction organization design on the scientific organization and management of the construction of large and medium water conservancy and hydroelectricity works, introduces the classification and basic contents of engineering's construction organization design and, in the light of the problems existing in the construction organization design in current stage, puts forward some opinions and rationalization proposals.
