This paper introduces the construction situation of Xiyang County's Green Vegetable Base and main productive technical points of green vegetable in cold mountain areas, puts forward some other requirements of the productive techniques of green non-pollution vegetable, and points out that the monitoring and controlling of each link should be strengthened.
