浅谈节水灌溉技术与水资源可持续利用

Talking about Water-Conservation Irrigation Techniques and Sustainable utilization of Water Resources

针对我国北方水资源短缺的严峻形势,介绍了几种国际上普遍采用的、行之有效的节水灌溉技术,提出了水资源可持续利用的若干对策与措施。

In the light of the severe situation of the shortage of water resources in the northern part of our country, this paper introduces some kinds of effective water-conservation irrigation techniques that are widely used internationally, and puts forward some countermeasures of the sustainable utilization of water resources.
