摘要
将HRC42~45和47~50的七种热作模具钢(Y 4、Y 10、ER 8,3 Cr 2 W 8 V、H 11、H 13、HD)分别在620、680、680+714℃的温度下,浸在用ZL 102铝的熔损试验装置中,进行抗熔损性能的研究,得到了不同钢的不同硬度、熔损温度与熔损失重之间的关系以及不同条件下各钢抗熔损能力的排列顺序。模具设计人员可按压铸时熔融金属的温度及对模具抗熔损性能的要求,参照试验结果进行选材和确定模具的硬度。
The erosion property of hot work tool steels (Y4, Y10, ER8, 3Cr2W8V,H11, H 13 and HD) have been investigated in a commercial ZL102 aluminum-melt at different temperatures (620, 680, 680 + 714℃). The relation between the weight loss of the speciments and the hardness or the melt temperature hat been obtained. At the same time ranking order of testing steels to resist erosion has been gained. With reference to the test result, die designers may select material and determine hardness of dies according to the temperature of melt metal and the demand for the resistance to erosion.
