摘要
系统研究了一些影响环氧耐磨涂层冲蚀磨损耐磨性的因素,即磨料和填料的硬度尺寸、填料的用量,并与20号钢进行了比较。并对填料的磨损机理进行了分析,指出了涂层材料的适用条件。
The effect of some factors on erosion wear resistance of the epoxy anti-wear coating was investigated. The factors are hardness and size of the abrasive, and hardness, size and dose of the anti-wear filler. The erosion mechanism of the filler was also studied, and the suitable working conditions of the coating were pointed out as well.
