酸洗套筒疲劳寿命研究

Study of Fatigue Life of Pickling-Treated Sleeve

对酸洗和未酸洗套筒在不同加载系数下进行了成组对比试验,并对试验结果进行了详细计算和分析。结果表明,采用适当的酸洗工艺代理,对套筒的疲劳寿命无影响,可利用酸洗处理来代替链条生产中在喷丸前的内孔磨削加工,使生产效率大大提高,具有显著的经济效益。

The paper mainly made the comparison experiments between the pickling-treated and non-pickling-trcated sleeves under different fatigue loading factors. The experiment results were analysed in detail, which show that suitable pickling processing will have no effect on the fatigue life of the sleeve, thus the pickling processing could be used to replace the grinding of inner bore in the production of chain before blasting. The productivity will be greatly increased, there will be a significant economical benefit.
