摘要
研究了固溶处理和稳定化处理对含铌高铬镍铸造不锈钢显微组织和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,随固溶温度升高,钢的耐腐蚀性能逐渐增加。经稳定化处理后,钢的耐腐蚀性能明显降低,并随处理时间的延长而下降,当处理时间超过6 h后,耐腐蚀性能则有所回升。该钢的耐腐蚀性能与组织中析出相的性质和数量有密切关系。
The influence of solution treatment and stabilization treatment on the tnicrostructure and corrosion resistance of the Nb-contained high Cr-Ni cast stainless steel is studied. The results show that the corrosion-resistance of the steel is improved as the solution treatment temperature is properly increased. However, stabilization treatment leads to an overall reduction of the corrosion-resistance which decreases initially with the duration of stabilization treatment, and then slightly increases when the time of stabilization treatment is over 6 h. The corrosion resistance of the steel is closely related to the nature and amount of the precipitated phases in the micro-structure.
