摘要
对磨损失效的坡莫合金录音磁头和磁带进行了分析。结果表明,磁头磨损的典型形貌特征为划痕,磨损机理以微切削为主。磁带磨损特征为划痕和裂纹。随磨损深度和表面不平度的增加,磁头的电磁性能变差直至失效。磁头在磨损过程中表面有硬化现象,这与表面组织结构的变化有关。
This paper analysed permalloy audio heads and tapes for failure. The results show that the typical appearance of worn audio heads is scratch mark. The wear mechanism of the heads is mainly micro-cutting. The wear characteristics of tapes are scratch mark and crack. With the increase of wear depth and surface asperity, the electro-magnetic parameters of audio heads change badly until the heads are failed. During the wear process, there ic hardening phenomenon on the surface of the heads. It is related to the variations of surface microscopis structure.
