摘要
本文合成了六种邻羟基苯磺酰苯胺衍生物 ,并通过两项指标将这六种化合物对鼠肝线粒体氧化磷酸化过程的解偶联活性进行了对比评估 :一是药物对氧化磷酸化过程无机磷含量的影响 ,即加药前后无机磷变化量 ΔPi,二是药物对线粒体呼吸的刺激作用 ,即呼吸控制率RCR.综合这两项指标测定结果 ,初步判断化合物 1、2、4都是较强的解偶联剂 。
In this article, six o hydroxybenzenesulfonanilide derives are synthesised, we compared and evaluated the uncoupling activity in rat liver mitochondria of six compounds through two indexes. One is ΔP i , the influence of compounds on the quantity of inorganic phosphorus in the process of oxidative phosphorylation. The other is respiratory control ratio RCR, the stimulating activity of compounds for the respiration of mitochondria. According to the experimental results, we primarily concluded compounds 1, 2 and 4 were potent uncouplers and potential effective fasciolicides.
