摘要
采用分光光度比色法测定了市售四种香肠中亚硝酸盐的含量 ,结果 :不同厂家生产的香肠中亚硝酸盐的含量不同 。
Several kinds of sausages selled in market were detemined by means of specyrophotometer.The result was the contents of nitrite in sausage produced by different factories were different,but all met the national standard.
