纤维增强高分子复合材料的粒子冲击磨损

摘要 研究了玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料的粒子冲击磨损问题。结果表明,该材料的磨损特性与其增强材料——玻璃相似,同属脆性磨损。在纤维取向与磨面平行时,磨损率随粒子冲击角的增加而增大,在90°出现最大值,随后降低,呈对称分布。 A study of solid particle erosion in glass fiber/epoxy composite materials was made. The results show that the erosion property is similar to its reinforced material-glass. Both of them behave as brittle erosion,In case that the fiber is parallel to the surface of the materials, the erosion rate increases with the increasing of solid impact angle, reaching its maximum at a solid impact angle of 90°.The erosion curve is symmetric from 0° to 180° of solid impact angle.
