摘要
通过单向凝固法设计、制备了Fe-C自生复合材料,并测定了其纵向力学性能随凝固速度的变化规律。当凝固速度V=2.0 μm/s,温度梯度G_L=110 K/cm时,力学性能为最高,抗拉强度达412MPa,延伸率为4.2%。
The Fe-C eutectic in-situ composite materials were designed and made by using unidirectional solidification technique. The relationship between longitudinal mechanical properties of this type of materials and growth rate (V) was measured. When V =2.0 μm/s and G_L=110K/ cm, the mechanical properties are the most superior i. e. ultimate tensile strength σ_b is equal to 412 MPa, and elongation δ=4.2%.
