摘要 介绍了微型无阀泵的特点与工作原理 ;并着重对微泵的流量在不同参数的影响下进行数值分析 ,建立了微泵工作的数学模型 ,得出微泵在工作周期中压力和流量的仿真变化曲线。并且通过实验对仿真曲线进行了比较。 The operating principle and characteristic of the micro valve-less pump were introduced and emphasis was placed on building the model of flow in micro pumps. With MATLAB, different parameters of the micro pump were analyzed and the pressure and flow rate profiles in the pump were calculated. Also, the experiment was conducted to verify the data acquired from the operating simulation ofthe pump.
