曲面上复杂图形雕刻加工的刀位规划

摘要 提取文字、图形的轮廓 ,将它们投影到曲面上矢量化 ,得到曲线多边形。根据曲面微分特性 ,采用跟踪法迅速计算测地线数字解。基于这个方法 ,在曲面上偏置曲线多边形。利用多边形外角定理的推广 ,判断偏置后曲线多边形的旋向 ,删除多余多边形。对所得曲线多边形进行布尔运算 ,确定有效的加工区域 ,将区域内曲面片与平面求交 ,得到无干涉刀位轨迹。实验结果表明 ,该算法计算效率高 ,稳定性好。 Contours of letters and images were extracted and projected into a curved surface, and curvilinear polygons were acquired by vectorization. According to the differential characteristics of the surface, the numerical solution of the geodesic was calculated quickly by means of tracing algorithm. Based on this method, curvilinear polygons were offset on the surface. Utilizing the extension of the polygon exterior angle sum theorem, directions of curvilinear polygons were judged and redundant polygons were deleted. Boolean operations were carried out among residual curvilinear polygons, so the valid machining areas were obtained. The surfaces in areas intersected with planes and interference-free tool paths were acquired. The experiment results indicate that the algorithm is high efficiency and good stabilization.
