摘要
本文利用有限元模态计算的结果 ,进行模态测试前的测点和激励点的优化研究。该过程分两步 ,首先通过正则模态位移的计算确定传感器的最佳位置 ,然后对有限元模态振型与仿真测试振形进行比较 ,检验测试模型的自由度数目、与有限元模态振形的匹配情况。该方法在某V12柴油机机体的模态测试中的应用 ,说明测试前有限元预分析可辅助测试方案的建立。
Using the results of FE modal calculation,optimization of exciting and measuring positions have been carried out before the modal test.Firstly the optimized measurement points are localized by the normalized modal displacement calculation,and secondly the FE modal is compared with the simulated testing once,and the dimensional number of FE modal and its matching conditions are measured.This method has been used in the modal test on a V12 engine's block.It has been validated that this method will help to find a good test option.
