本文综述了现代超级计算机系统所用的逻辑电路与存储电路的性能,对其进行了分析.在此基础上,根据超级计算机的特点与要求,展望了超级计算机电路的发展趋势及其应用前景.

In this paper we analyse and summarize the performance of logical and memory integrated circuits used in current supercomputer systems. Furthermore, we give prospects for their developments and applications according to the requirements and characteristics of supercomputers.
