摘要
目的建立血中毒鼠强快速分析方法。方法以高速离心并用有机溶剂直接提取血中毒鼠强,进行GC/MS、GC/NPD分析。结果有机溶剂以苯为提取液时结果最好。结论本方法操作简便,快速、准确、灵敏,适合办案。
We developed a fast and accurate method for extracting and analyzing.tetramine from blood samples by highspeed centrifugal,GC/MS ,and GC/NPD.It provides the advantage of easily operating,little consumption of samples,high extration rate and high sensitivity.
