Argument on the completeness of quantum mechanics spanning two centuries is outlined, including the arguments between Einstein and Bohr, the probabilistic interpretion of quantum mechanics, the 'reduction of wave packet', the 'EPR argument' which is incorrectly called 'EPR paradox' in many papers and books, 'hiddenvariable theories' and the 'Bell inequality'. A new definition of spacetime is suggested to overcome the difficulty of the explanation by means of 'reduction of wave packet'.
