The development status of the e quipment maintenance technique was analyzed.The content of RCM theory and its ke y problems were discussed.In the light of the equipment maintenance requirement and its present condition,the pre-requisites for the enforcement of RCM were an alyzed.The enforcement mode and program came up and a typicad reliability node d istribution diagram of a power plant was presented.
