The Research of the Technology of Increas ing Commission Rate for High Pressure Heater in 200MW Unit

通过对武汉钢电股份有限公司2台200MW机组2年来高压加热器运行状况的统计分析,找出影响高加投入率的主要原因,提出相应的技术改造和技术措施,大大提高了高加投入率。

Through the statistic analysis for 2 years operation condition of 2 sets of 200MW unit high pressure heater in Wuhan steel and power Co.Ltd.,the main cause which influenced the commission r ate of high pressure heater,was found.The technical retrofit and measure were co rrespondingly put forward.Thus its commission rate was greatly increased.
