摘要
本文作者研究了球墨铸钢正火和锻造后的组织特征 ,并对其形成机理作了探讨。球墨铸钢正火后 ,基体组织为粒状球光体。由于石墨的存在 ,阻碍了碳化物的溶解 ,加大了奥氏体中碳浓度的不均匀程度 ,使得基体组织最后转变形成粒状珠光体。
This paper deals with the structure of the cast steel with spheroidal graphite and the forming mechanism after normalizing and forging.After normalizing,spheroidal pearlite is gained in this material.There is graphite in the cast steel with spheroidal graphite,it acts as impedient to the dissolving of carbide,and also it makes austenite non uniformly greater,and then eventually spheroidal pearlite formed.
