摘要
研究了无机高分子复合絮凝剂——聚硅硫酸铁 (PFSi S)的制备与絮凝性能 ,考察了 Si O2浓度、Fe/Si(摩尔比 )、p H值及硅酸活化时间对 PFSi S絮凝性能的影响。通过对模拟废水浊度的测定 ,检验了各种条件下的絮凝效果。结果表明 :w Si O2 =0 .0 1 4~ 0 .0 2 0 ,Fe/Si为 0 .8~ 1 .0 ,p H值1 .5~ 1 .8,硅酸活化时间在 1~ 8h,可获得絮凝性能优异的 PFSi S。将 PFSi S用于实际废水样品处理 。
Polyferric silicate sulfate (PFSiS), a composite flocculant, was prepared and the influencing factors of its flocculation properties were investigated. Flocculation effectives were tested by determing turbidity of simulated waste water. The results show that on the case of w SiO 2 =0.014~0.020,Fe/Si (molar ratio) 0.8~1.0,pH 1.5~1.8 and from 1~8 h of activation for polysilicate (PS), the PFSiS has excellent flocculation performance.
