摘要
以自制壳聚糖为原料 ,在 w=0 .0 5的醋酸水溶液中与 Zn2 + 配位 ,冷冻沉降后得 Zn2 + -壳聚糖高分子配合物 ,并用红外光谱 (IR)、光电子能谱 (XPS)研究了壳聚糖及 Zn2 + -壳聚糖螯合物表面的元素结构及其结合能的变化。结果表明 Zn2 + -壳聚糖螯合物的配位原子是— NH2 中的 N。
The coordination of a high deacetylated chitosan with Zn 2+ was successfully prepared in acidic solution with deposit method in low temperature. The structure of chitosan Zn 2+ complex was studied by IR and XPS. According to the analysis of XPS, the —NH 2 of chitosan could coordinate with Zn 2+ , but the —OH of chitosan was unable to do so. The results were also improved by IR. Based on the analytic results, the possible adsorption mechanism of Zn 2+ by chitosan has been proposed.
