摘要
从傅里叶变换光谱的基本原理出发,得出傅里叶变换光谱仪内部的双光束干涉的光程差是影响其分辨率的最主要因素.介绍了几种通过改变仪器的结构设计,来增加双光束干涉的光程差,从而提高仪器分辨率的方法.在分析聚焦型干涉仪和折返式干涉仪的结构基础上,设计了多面多次反射干涉仪,在相同制作误差和运动误差情况下,此干涉仪的分辨率比前者提高了约一个数量级.给出了扩展光源情况下仪器的分辨极限.
The optical path difference is the major factor which effects the resolution of the Fourier Transform Spectrum. To improve the resolution, some device is laid out in order to increase the maximum path difference of two beams of the interferometer. The resolution limit is also given when the interferometer was irradiated by an extended beam.
