摘要
对商标模切机主切机构进行了考虑运动副间隙的精度分析 ,得出了各个运动副间隙对执行机构的误差响应的不同影响 ,并且在最后提出了为消除执行机构位移误差试模切时的最佳垫纸厚度。
The analysis of precision is given for mould cut main mechanism with clearance of trade mark moulding machine and the influence caused by clearance in every joint upon the error response to operating mechanism is obtained. In the end,the best thickness of paper spacer of test moulding is suggested in order to avoid displacement error of operating mechanism. The analytical results and conclusion provide a theoretical basis for improving design accuracy and operating of moulding mechanism of moulding machine.
