A Kind of Method of Estimating Job Performance for Enterprise Manager in State-Owned Enterprise

完善企业经营者的绩效考核方法是建立现代企业制度的重要组成部分。在吸收前人研究成果的基础上 ,提出了一种定性与定量相结合的绩效考核方法 。

The perfection of check method of job performances of any enterprise manager is an important component for estabishing the modern enterprise system.Based on the absorption of research achievements by the predecessors,a check method of appraising job performance of enterprise managers both in quantities and in qualities is suggested whereby a scientific base for the state owned enterprises to offer the enterprise managers to work out evaluation mechanism is provided in this paper.
