摘要
对东鞍山赤铁矿的载体浮选试验研究表明 ,当油酸钠浓度为 2 .5× 10 - 4mol L、辛基羟肟酸钠浓度为 1.2× 10 - 4mol L、pH值为 8、载体粒度为 -5 0 + 2 5 μm、载体比例为 40 %时 ,浮选分离 -10 μm赤铁矿和 -10 μm石英人工混合矿 (TFe品位 3 5 .0 0 % ) ,能获得-10 μm赤铁矿回收率 90 .76% ,精矿铁品位 64 .2 0 % ,尾矿铁品位 6.73 %的分离指标。
In the paper on carrier flotation test of Donganshan hematite, the following separation results have been obtained by carrier flotation of the mixture (TFe 35.00%)of -10 μm hematite and quartz using 2.5×10 -4 mol/L of sodium oleate and 1.2 ×10 -4 mol/L sodium octyle hydroxamate at pH=8, a carrier size of -50+25 μm and a carrier proportion of 40%: the -10 μm hematite recovery of 90.76%, the concentrate Fe grade of 64.20% and the tailing Fe grade of 6.73%.
