烧氢对Al_2O_3弥散强化铜合金组织与性能的影响 被引量:3

The Effect of Annealing in Hydrogen Gas on the Microstructures and Properties of Al_2O_3-Cu Alloy

摘要 以国内某厂生产且有质量问题的Al2 O3弥散强化铜合金和国外的Al2 O3弥散强化铜合金为研究对象 ,通过力学性能、物理性能测量和金相、扫描电镜、透射电镜观察对两者的性能与组织进行了对比。结果表明 ,国产弥散强化铜合金中粉末颗粒间存在冶金结合不完全的现象 ,并存在有微裂纹和空洞等宏观缺陷 ,缺陷周围分布着大量的自由氧。这些缺陷是导致国产弥散强化铜合金烧氢膨胀问题的原因。 The microstructures of domestic and foreign dispersion strengthened copper alloy were studied by metallographic analysis, SEM and TEM. At the same time, their mechanical property and electric collductivity of were examined. The results show that there are incomplete metallurgical bonding and some macriflaws, such as microcracks and cavities between powder particles in the domestically made dispersion strengthened copper alloy, and a lot of free oxygen are distributed around these flaws. They are the reason why the domestically made dispersion strengthened copper alloy is annealed in hydrogen gas to expand.
