摘要
从非圆等宽截型零件的型线描述着手 ,给出了等宽截型零件的截面廓形设计方法 ,提出了任意非圆等宽截型零件的车铣组合加工新模型 ,并通过模拟仿真证明了有关理论与方法的可行性。同时 ,根据模型构造了非圆等宽截型零件加工机床的基本结构形式 ,并进行了机床运动设计及运动轴配置。
Start form the description on section contour of componen t parts of non-circular section with equal width,the designing method of sectional contour of component parts with section of equal width was presented,the new mo del of combined turning and milling machining for arbitrary non-circular parts w ith section of equal width was proposed.And by means of simulative emulation the feasibility related to theory and methodology was verified.At the same time,the basic structural form of machine tool for machining non-circular component part s with section of equal width was constructed according to the model and motion design of machine tool and allocation of motive axle were carried out.A fairly g ood theoretical foundation is provided for the industrialization of generalized machine tool for processing component parts.
