现代企业运作和管理的重要特征是采用科学的管理方法和技术。工作研究作为科学管理的基础技术对改善企业运作有一定作用。在对企业现有生产系统进行详细研究基础上 ,针对企业中存在的问题 ,运用工作研究中的动作分析、操作分析、程序分析和时间测定等技术 ,完成工艺流程的重新平衡、操作过程简化、动作规范的重新制订等设计工作 ,达到疏通企业瓶颈、优化生产系统的目的 ,从而大幅度提高企业生产效率。工作研究作为一门既经济又有效的工业工程技术 。
The characteristics of mordem enterprise operation and management feature in scientific management methods and technology. Work study, as a basic tenchnology of scientific management, in some way affects the enterprise operation. Based on particular research of the production assembly system, the technical process was rebalanced with process analysis technology, the operation process simplified with operation analysis, and movement standardized with movement analysis and mensuration. An optimized design was applied to the production assembly system in order to improve its efficiency. As an effective and economical IE technology, work study is beneficial to enterprises.
