摘要
合成了配体二 (α-甲基 -噻吩甲烯 -2 )肼及其过渡金属 Cu2 +、Fe3+的配合物。用 MS、1HNMR对配体进行了确认。通过元素分析、摩尔电导率、红外光谱、紫外光谱等手段对配合物进行了表征。并利用 MTT法和 SRB法对它们进行了抗肿瘤活性体外筛选实验。发现配合物 1较配合物 2的活性好 ,前者比配体的活性好 。
In this paper bis\|(\$α\$\|chloro\|thiophenylidene\|2)hydrazine and its new complexes containing Fe\+\{3+\},Cu\+\{2+\} were synthesized by refluxing bis\|(\$α\$\|chloro\|thiophenylidene\|2) hydrazine and corresponding metal salts. Their composition and structure have been characterized by the elemental analysis, IR spectra and UV spectra. Their bioactivities against cancer invitro have been tested by MTT and SRB methods. The results show that the bioactivity of complex 1 is better than complex 2, the former being better than the ligand and the latter being poorer than the ligand.
