能级统计与金属小粒子电子比热的研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用随机矩阵理论,在能级间距分别为等能级分布、泊松分布、正交系综分布、幺正系综分布及辛系综分布的情况下,对含电子数为奇数和偶数的金属小粒子的电子比热进行了理论计算;并对其高低温特点作了讨论. Using the randommatrixtheory to calculate the specific heat of small metallic grains with the energy level spacings conforming to the equal level, Poisson, Gauss orthogonal ensemble, Gauss unitary ensemble and Gauss sympletic ensemble distributions respectively. And the features of the heat capacity at low and high temperatures are also investigated.
