甘蓝型油菜萝卜胞质不育恢复材料测交F_4代的快繁生根及愈伤组织诱导

摘要 利用油菜萝卜胞质不育恢复材料测交F4代种子,在附加各种不同激素浓度组合的MS培养基上诱导丛生芽、生根及愈伤组织诱导,结果表明:在MS培养基中添加1.0mg/L6 BA+0.1mg/LNAA对诱导丛生芽有较好的效果,1/2MS培养基对小芽生根效果最好,在MS培养基中添加0.5mg/L6 BA+0.1mg/LNAA+0.25mg/LGA3+0.1mg/L2,4 D对诱导愈伤组织效果最好. The seeds of the forth generation restorer from test crossing between Brassica napus OguCMS and the restorer Ad6(F4) were cultured in MS medium added several kinds of hormone with different combinations of consistency to induce the polygemmic, roots and the callus. The results shows that the MS medium added 1.0mg/L 6BA+0.1mg/L NAA had good result to induce the polygemmic. The 1/2MS medium had the best result to induce the roots of the shoots. And the MS medium added 0.5mg/L 6BA+0.1mg/L NAA+0.25mg/L 2,4D had the best result to induce the callus.
