摘要
对Fenton 混凝催化氧化反应处理焦化废水的影响因素进行试验探索,并对实验过程中废水进行了紫外扫描,考察实验过程中的反应进程.研究结果表明,焦化废水在Fenton反应的催化氧化下产生了易被混凝沉降的中间产物.控制适当的温度,在适当的pH值环境下,当ρ(Fe2+)=140mg·L-1,ρ(H2O2)=200mg·L-1,ρ(FeCl3)=26mg·L-1,ρ(PAM)=5.2mg·L-1时,CODCr去除率能达到87.30%,色度去除率达到99.45%,CODCr和色度均达到标准.
The coking plant wastewater that had been treated by biochemical technique was treated by Fenton reagent and the coagulation technique. The research has been done on the influence factors of the action. The experiment result suggests that most of the CODCr can be removed and the water can be discolored in the optimum condition: ρ(Fe2+)=140 mg·L-1,ρ( H2O2)=200 mg·L-1,ρ(FeCl3)=26 mg·L-1,ρ(PAM)=5.2 mg·L-1. The process is effective and has an potentional application.
