计及化学电离和非Max well电子能量分布的低气压Ar-Hg放电正柱模型 被引量:3

Modeling of Low Pressure Ar-Hg Discharge Positive Column with non-Maxwellian Electron Energy Distribution and Chemi-ionization

摘要 在已有的Ar Hg放电模型的基础上,细致考虑了Hg激发态之间的化学电离,采用Lagushenko分布来取代Maxwell电子能量分布,计算了内直径10、14、24和36mm的低气压Ar Hg放电正柱的辐射功率、电场强度、电子温度、电子浓度和激发态浓度随放电电流和管壁温度的变化.模型预言与实验测量符合得较好,可用于优化荧光灯设计. Taking into account the chemiionization among mercury excited states and substituting Maxwellian electron energy distribution with Lagushenko distribution, a low pressure ArHg discharge positive column model is set up. Using the model, the radiation power, electric field intensity, electron temperature, electron density and excited state density in various discharge currents and wall temperatures are numerically calculated for inner diameters of 10, 14, 24 and 36 mm. The results are in reasonable agreement with experiments, and may be useful for optimize the design of fluorescent lamp.
