摘要
通过改进的 DDRT-PCR技术 ,从大米草 (Spartina anglica)中分离和鉴定了盐诱导 c DNA序列 KD1 .KD1核苷酸序列显示 ,5′-末端是一个含有 4 44个核苷酸的开放阅读框架 (ORF) ,3′-末端是富含 AT的非转录区 .其编码的氨基酸序列与类调渗蛋白和致病相关蛋白相比 ,分别有 63 %、3 4 %同源 .结果表明 。
We have modified and optimized mRNA differential display reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (DDRT-PCR) for efficient identification and isolation of salt-induced cDNA transcripts from the euhalophyte Spartina anglica.In this report we describe the characterization of a salt-induced transcript,KD1. KD1 nucleotide sequence reveals a 5'region sequence, a longuninterrupted open reading frame of 444 nucleotides and a 3' AT rich untranslated region. The deduced amino acids sequence encodes a 63%, 34% homology to osmotin-like protein, pathogensis-related protein, respectively. The results suggest that KD1 represent a novel salt-induced gene in this kind of plant species.
