摘要
针对开发的大传动比牵引驱动增速机构设计,利用国际通用有限元分析软件(ANSYS),对牵引驱动增速刀柄的接触部件进行了有限元分析,确定了过盈配合的合理过盈量,为结构的优化设计及制造提供了理论依据。
In the light of developed large gear ratio traction drive speed -increasing mechanism design, we take advantage of international general finite element analysis software- ANSYS to do finite element analysis to contact unit of traction drive speed - increasing mechanism, ascertain rational magnitude of interference of interference joints. It gives the theoretical reference for the optimization of structure design and manufacturing .
