摘要 通过分析PCBN刀具切削淬硬GCr15轴承钢时,工件硬度和切削速度对切削力和切削温度的影响,给出了产生金属软化效应的条件。对比金属软化效应产生前后已加工表面粗糙度。硬化层深度和表层基体组织,得出了金属软化效应对已加工表面质量不存在负面影响的结论。 The condition of mental soften is got by studying the effect of workpiece hardness and cutting speed on cutting forces and cutting temperature during hard turning hardened bearing steel GCr15 with PCBN tool. Contrast surface roughness, depth of hardened layer and surface texture of no metal soften with which metal is soften, the result shows that there was little effect on surface quality when the metal soften is affected.
