LJ-4 long-life additive for alkaline etching and its application

介绍了铝型材长寿碱腐蚀添加剂的作用机理。通过正交试验,研制成功了含多元醇主络合剂240g/L,缓蚀剂40g/L,光亮剂0～50g/L,重金属络合剂4g/L,清洗剂10g/L,表面活性剂5g/L,碱12g/L的长寿碱腐蚀添加剂LJ 4。经9年来厂家的使用及实验室的不断完善,产品性能优,成本低。

Mechanism of longlife additive for alkaline etching of architectural aluminum was described. By orthogonal, LJ4 additive was developed which consisted of 240 g/L polyhydric alcohol, 40 g/L inhibitor,0～50 g/L brightener,4 g/L heavy metal complexant,10 g/L cleaner,5 g/L surfactant,12 g/L alkaline . With over 9 years of industrial practice and continuous laboratorial improvement, it showed good performance and low cost.
