摘要
研究了高、中、低3种磷含量化学镀镍层的硬度及其在不同腐蚀介质中的耐蚀性能。结果表明,随着镀层中磷含量的增加,镀层硬度减小,而且镀层达到最高硬度时的热处理温度降低;在酸性介质中,高磷镀层的耐蚀性最好,而在碱性介质中,低磷镀层的耐蚀性最好。XPS分析发现,低磷镀层在碱性介质中表面形成了一层致密的碳氧化物膜。
Hardness of high,middle and lowphosphorus electroless Ni deposits and their corrosion resistance in varied corrosive medium were studied. Results showed that hardness of electroless Ni deposits reduced with increase of phosphorus content, and temperature of heattreatment decreased for reaching highest hardness. Corrosion resistance of highphosphorus deposit was the highest in acidic medium. And in contrast, corrosion resistance of lowphosphorus deposit was the highest in alkaline medium. XPS analysis indicated that a compact film of carbonoxide was formed in the surface of lowphosphorus deposit in alkaline medium.
