摘要
总结10多年的生产应用实践,针对电连接器铝外壳化学镀镍常见的质量问题,从外壳基体质量的要求、工艺选择和设备必需条件等方面进行了分析,提出了有效可行的解决方案。
Common problems in electroless nickel plating of aluminum shell of electric connectors were summarized from over 10 years practice. Requirement to substrate quality, choice of EN process and necessary equipments were investigated. Feasible and effective solutions were presented.
