摘要  提出了一种无氰仿金电镀新工艺。探讨了有关工艺参数对镀层色泽的影响,测试了镀液阴极极化曲线,并对镀液稳定性和镀层结合力进行了研究。结果表明,在较宽的工艺参数范围内得到色泽较为理想的仿金镀层,而且该工艺操作简单,镀液稳定性好且成本低,在较宽的工艺参数范围内都可以得到色泽较为理想的仿金镀层。 A new process of noncyanide goldimitation plating was advanced. Effect of process parametes on colour of deposit was discussed. Cathodic polarization curve of plating solution was also determined. Results showed that ideal goldimitation deposit could be obtained in a wide range of parameter value. In addition,the process is easyoperation and lowcost, and the plating solution is stable.
