摘要
提出了一种无氰仿金电镀新工艺。探讨了有关工艺参数对镀层色泽的影响,测试了镀液阴极极化曲线,并对镀液稳定性和镀层结合力进行了研究。结果表明,在较宽的工艺参数范围内得到色泽较为理想的仿金镀层,而且该工艺操作简单,镀液稳定性好且成本低,在较宽的工艺参数范围内都可以得到色泽较为理想的仿金镀层。
A new process of noncyanide goldimitation plating was advanced. Effect of process parametes on colour of deposit was discussed. Cathodic polarization curve of plating solution was also determined. Results showed that ideal goldimitation deposit could be obtained in a wide range of parameter value. In addition,the process is easyoperation and lowcost, and the plating solution is stable.
