摘要
在Turboc环境下开发了设计多级蒸汽喷射泵系统的设计软件,编制了压缩比优化分配、单级喷射泵结构尺寸设计和冷凝器的结构尺寸设计等程序。使设计者能够根据具体的工艺条件,快速地进行多级喷射泵真空系统设计并输出最优化结果,对提高多级喷射泵系统的工作性能具有重要意义。本设计系统设计的真空系统比相同工艺参数的现有蒸汽喷射泵系统节能20%以上。
A computer designing system for the vacuum system of steam multistage ejectors is developed under Turboc conditions, in which the programs of ejector designing, condenser designing and compression ratio optimization and so on are programmed. This software can make user quickly perform the designing of the vacuum system of steam multistage ejectors, according to the concrete technological conditions, and output of all designing optimization data, thus having great signification to enhance performance of the vacuum system of steam multistage ejectors. The vacuum system designed by this system can save 20% energy than that of the vacuum system of steam ejector with the same parameter.
