摘要
从废弃物与污染物的新定义,对工业污染防治进行了一系统规划,旨在使污染企业,尤其是冶金企业能以废弃物形成新的资源,变废弃物为新的产品,从而减少对环境危害。
A systematical plan to prevent industry from pollution is made according to definitions on waste and pollution, which consists of industrial enterpises under pollution, especially those of metallurgy ones, to change waste into new resources, to turn waste into new products and thus to reduce environmental danger and pollution.
