软件业作为新兴的高新技术产业,在推动我国信息化知识化的进程中占有相当重要的地位.发展河南软件业既有优势,也有劣势.发挥优势,克服劣势,制定河南软件业的发展战略,对于促进河南省产业结构的优化升级,具有重要的意义.
As a rising high-tech industry,the software industry occupies a quite important position in the course of promoting China's information.Henan has both advantages and disadvantages in developing software industry.To bring the advantaages into full play,to overcome the unfavourable situation,and to make the development strategy of Henan's software industry will be of great importane for promoting the optimization and upgrade of Henan's industrial structure.
