儿童骨肉瘤的临床治疗

Treatment of osteosarcoma in children

目的 探讨儿童骨肉瘤保肢手术的治疗方法。方法 8例儿童骨肉瘤 ,按Enneking外科分期属ⅡB期的四肢骨肉瘤。采用RosenT12方案进行术前和术后化疗。结果 8例随访 6个月～ 3年 (平均 30个月 ) ,保肢手术患儿 3年生存率明显提高。结论 儿童骨肉瘤明确诊断后 ,无论肿瘤切除或截肢 ,应用化疗是四肢骨肉瘤术前和术后治疗的最佳选择 ,它为骨肉瘤保肢提供条件 。

Objective To explore the limb salvage operation of osteosarcoma in children. Methods 8 cases of stage ⅡB osteosarcoma of the extremities, according to Enneking classification, were treated with Rosen T12 regimen chemical therapy before and after operation. Results The patients were followed up from 6 months to 3 years (30 months on average). It was found that the 3 years survival rate of limb salvage cases increased significantly. Conclusion The extensive resection with adjuvant chemotherapy may be the ideal treatment for osteosarcoma of the extremities, which provides condition for limb salvage and increases the survival rate.
