对跳远起跳中的速度转化技术与最佳成绩关系的研究

Study on the Correlation Between Speed & Result in the Long Jump

本文对23届奥运会12名世界级女子跳远运动员进行了研究,结果表明:跳运成绩存在最大值关系,因此,在跳运成绩达到最大值时,垂直速度和离板角增到最佳值并能使远度达到最远后,垂直速度和离板角再度增加,必然会使远度减少(见图2)。作者认为:教练员在训练中要严格掌握垂直速度的增值与最大远度的变化规律,并尽量使垂直速度和腾起角向最佳值靠拢。

The study of twelve world level long jump women in the olimpic Game shows that speed and result in the long jump are correlated. So the coach should understand the rule correlation between vertical speed and the result in the long jump.
