摘要
本文从传输矩阵出发,详细推导了一维光子晶体的禁带结构,得出了光子晶体的禁带位置、带宽、形状和组成光子晶体材料光学厚度、折射率对比、光子晶体结构的关系。
Based on transfer matrix, the photonic band gap (PBG) is deduced in detail in one- dimensional photonic crystals.
